Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience in designing modern, responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, with the ability to turn complex requirements into clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms

• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, user-friendly designs across devices

• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design

• Experience with handoff tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Figma Developer Mode

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end workflows (optional but appreciated)

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining design decisions clearly

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in mobile-first design and ensuring cross-platform consistency

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and product teams

• Familiarity with user analytics, A/B testing, and accessibility standards

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise web applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business and user needs

• Conduct user research and usability testing, applying feedback to refine designs

• Ensure designs follow best practices in responsiveness, accessibility, and platform guidelines (iOS/Android/Web)

• Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component libraries

• Present your ideas confidently through walkthroughs, documentation, and team discussions
