1. Service Scope
- The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
- Revisions are provided as per the selected package and must remain reasonable in nature.
- Any additional work or major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client.
- All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain the property of the company.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, promotional materials, and website unless otherwise requested in writing.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
- An advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.
- The company operates on a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced.
- Refunds may be considered only if the company is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work.
- Delay in payment may result in project suspension or delayed delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
- Delays in communication, approvals, or required materials may impact delivery timelines.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables promptly.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws, trademarks, and copyrights before using any deliverables.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.
- Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered upon clearance of outstanding payments.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.
- Failing resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
